What we collect
We collect your email address and role, plus your name and city if you provide them. We record the signup language, time, consent text version and referral source if UTM parameters are present.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your information only for launch updates. The legal basis is your consent, which you give voluntarily when signing up. Processing is governed by the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018) and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Retention
We keep your information until you withdraw consent, or for a maximum of 24 months from signup.
Your rights and complaints
You can request access, correction or erasure and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@eldoralife.com. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs. EU residents may also contact their local supervisory authority.
Processor, storage location and cookies
Our hosting and database processor is Supabase (via Lovable Cloud). Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Transfers to EU member states are permitted because they are deemed to provide an adequate level of protection under Article 64 of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party trackers.
